Shipping and Return Policies

RETURN POLICIES 

What is your Return Policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. We have an unconditional return policy refunding the purchase amount less restocking fee for items received back for return that are in its original, UNWORN condition within 2 weeks (14days) of purchase.

Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless damaged. Please include the reason for the return. S+H fees are non-refundable for returns. All returns must be processed from the return area of the user dashboard. To submit a return request, please email us.

 

Damaged Shoes / Exchange Shoes 
If shoes have been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately before sending back ANY shoes and customer service will contact you with further instructions.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON INTERNATIONAL / CANADA ORDERS

 

Before sending back the merchandise, please use a protective box or wrap with thick paper. Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days of receipt of package. On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes on shipping item, when this happens, please contact us, we will make it right and issue you a full refund.

We may or may not require the original item to be returned back to us, if not, we reserve the right to request for a photo of that item. We will provide a return shipping label OR fully reimburse your return shipping cost (USPS Priority Mail only). Upon receipt of the wrong item sent (where applicable), we will either reship the correct item back to you free of charge OR issue a full refund including SH.

 

How to contact us?
Our online store is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed during business hours, Monday -Friday, from 9AM – 4PM PST email us at: customerservice@gblshoes.com emails are answered in the order that they were received, responses may be delayed during weekends and holidays.

Refused packages!
All refused shipments will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise(s). S&H is non-refundable.

Has my order been shipped?
GBL Shoes will send you an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Once you have completed checkout, you may check the status of your order at any time.
Note: (Tracking information email may be in your Junk Mail folder)

 

Note: Please be sure to be present at the time of delivery if possible, UPS will not honor claims for lost packages if the tracking system shows “Delivered“. We also offer signature service for $2.00, we highly recommend you to purchase this service if shipping address is an apartment or areas with visible traffic.

What shipping discounts do you offer?
For U.S. domestic orders, we offer FREE SHIPPING within U.S. for each additional item, if you purchase more than one item, we will only charge the highest SH fee — BUY MORE & SAVE MORE!
 
Please use our secure checkout when you are done shopping, no more items will be combined after you’ve checked out. For a limited time only, we now offer FREE domestic ground shipping for purchases over $75.00, simply enter coupon code FREESHIP during checkout (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico do not qualify for this promotion) We also offer combined shipping discount for international orders, details are listed below.

Available only upon request. Overnight service is not available for P.O. Box, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders. Express service is not available for Saturday delivery.

Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes! We offer a combined shipping discount to our customers. You will automatically receive a shipping discount on each additional items upon checkout. PLEASE NOTE: To take advantage of our Combined Shipping offer you must use our Checkout payment system ONLY and all items must be paid on a single invoice to receive discount.

Do you offer fast shipping?
Yes! Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days of payment, which means that U.S. customers usually receive their orders within 3 to 8 days of payment. If you need your order sooner, we do
offer domestic 2 day Express delivery.

What countries do you ship to?
Worldwide! Please see below for details. Shipping rates are posted with each item listing.

 

Do I pay sales tax?
Sales tax are added to orders shipped to California.
Sales tax is 9.25%.

 

CANADA

Standard shipping method for Canada orders is through USPS Priority Mail, which takes approx. 3 to 5 business days. Customers are responsible for all custom duties/taxes:

Who pays for duties and customs fees?

All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by their local government. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes.
